The work is located at the Arlington Heights 88th Readiness Division, COL. P. Schulstad U.S. Army Reserve Center, with a physical address of 1515 West Central Road, Arlington Heights, Cook County, Illinois, and as indicated. Base Bid The Base bid work includes, but is not limited to, demolition; directional drilling; excavation; providing a water service and main lines; providing gate valves, vaults, meters, and boxes; chlorination testing of the new water system; removing and capping fire hydrants; providing new fire hydrants; HMA patching of ACC pavement; repairing concrete sidewalks and drives; investigating and repairing a section of leaking previously abandoned watermain; seeding disturbed areas; and site restoration. Option A The work for Option A includes, but is not limited to, demolition; directional drilling; excavation; providing a new water connection to the Village of Arlington Heights watermain; plugging and capping the existing connection; providing gate valves, vaults, meters, and boxes; chlorination testing of the new water system; repairing concrete sidewalk; seeding disturbed areas; and site restoration. Option B The work for Option B includes, but is not limited to, demolition; directional drilling; excavation; providing a new water connection to the Village of Arlington Heights watermain; providing a water service and mainlines; providing gate valves, vaults, meters, and boxes; chlorination testing of the new water system; repairing concrete sidewalk; investigating existing storm sewer under Central Road; seeding disturbed areas; and site restoration.
