Details

Mount Barker District Council invites tenders from suitably qualified parties for the provision of Landscaping Services within the Mount Barker District Council local government area. The Council will enter into an Agreement for these Services with the successful Tenderer for a term of 2 years with 2 x 1-year extensions.

The scope of landscape maintenance activities include:

  • Garden and shrub maintenance.
  • Weed control.
  • Mulching and planting with council approval
  • Irrigation inspections and minor repairs.
  • Turf maintenance and rehabilitation.

Council requires landscaping services for three service packages reflecting the differing locations:

  • Service Package A: North Zone
  • Service Package B: South Zone
  • Service Package C: Roundabout Maintenance
