Saudi government procurement is centralised on Etimad, the national platform, through which ministries, agencies, health clusters and municipalities publish competitions. Notices are published in Arabic and the platform distinguishes competition types — general competition, limited competition and direct purchase — with the activity classification stated on each notice.
