• The announcement in SAM.gov has a classification of No Set Aside used; however, the SF18 says the RFQ is a Small Business Set Aside. Can you confirm this solicitation is a Small Business Set Aside for 8(a) Participants as indicated with the inclusion of  52.219‑18 — Notification of Competition Limited to Eligible 8(a) Participants in Section H of the solicitation? *The announcment has been adjusted to show Total Small Business Set Aside.
• Has the Drawing Package for this solicitation been revised/updated from the prior version of the solicitation N68335-25-Q-0351? *A DD2345 and CMMC certification are required to receive the drawings associated with this package

The United States Navy Program Office PMA 290 has a new requirement for the manufacturing of four (4) Wideband Satcom AAU Lifting Adapter P/N: 4091AS0125-1. The Government owns the Build-to- Print Technical Drawing Package and the drawings are considered Export Controlled. All Offerors must be able to provide a certified DD Form 2345, Level 2 CMMC Certification, and must request current drawing package. Drawing will be provided to your designated data custodian on your certified DD 2345 via the DoD Safe website. All offers, other than the successful Offeror, are required to destroy all export control data, regardless of form or media on which it may be recorded, including CD’s, data stored on other computer storage devices, and paper documents.
