All companies who were provided the Technical Drawing Package will be provided the additional calibration documentation; Incorporate revised Statement of Work, dated 10 September 2026. This version supersedes all previous versions; Update the date for drawing requests to 5:00 PM EDT, 17 September 2026; Update the date for question submission to 12:00 PM EDT, 18 September 2026; and Update the date for proposal submission to 3:00 PM EDT, 21 September 2026.
