The service will provide evidence-based behavioural support and support access to stop smoking medicines and nicotine replacement therapy (NRT), with a focus on improving health outcomes and reducing health inequities. The service will prioritise Māori, Pacific peoples, pregnant women and other priority populations, and will work collaboratively with health and community providers to strengthen referral pathways, improve access and engagement, and support people and whānau to stop smoking. We are seeking respondents with demonstrated experience and capability in delivering high-quality, culturally responsive and whānau-centred stop smoking services, with strong local relationships and the ability to deliver an accessible service across the Wellington region.
