The works comprise targeted renewal, replacement, modification and installation of water infrastructure, together with associated civil works, testing, commissioning, reinstatement, and as-built documentation. The works are divided into four Work Packages (WP01–WP04), which define the specific scope and requirements. The successful Respondent will be responsible for providing a complete, end-to-end solution, including all planning, coordination, resources, procurement, construction, and project close-out necessary to deliver the works from commencement through to final handover.
