The City of Lloydminster (City) is requesting Proposals from qualified Vendors to complete a functional study associated with the West End Reservoir (WER) and associated water distribution infrastructure. The completed functional study is to identify existing and future system constraints that affect WER filling, evaluate potential operational or infrastructure modification solutions, and develop a defensible, data driven strategy to support future capital planning and investment decisions.
