Opdrachtgever heeft als doel om op basis van deze Europese openbare aanbestedingsprocedure volgens de Aanbestedingswet 2012 te komen tot een overeenkomst met één (1) Opdrachtnemer, voor het drukken en leveren van verkiezingsdrukwerk voor de kiezer en materialen ten behoeve van alle stembureaus en de telling. Het gewenste resultaat voor opdrachtgever is dat een overeenkomst wordt aangegaan met één opdrachtgever die in staat is conform de wettelijk vastgelegde dan wel met opdrachtgever overeengekomen specificaties en binnen de daarvoor gestelde wettelijke termijnen al het verkiezingsdrukwerk te leveren. Opdrachtgever acht het daarbij van belang dat het drukwerk met zo min mogelijk impact voor de natuur wordt vervaardigd en geleverd. Opdrachtgever hecht waarde aan flexibiliteit, betrouwbaarheid en een efficiënte samenwerking.
