11-AUG-2026 TENDER UPDATE

1. Pre-Bid Meeting Minutes

The minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting have been uploaded for bidders' reference.

2. Update to “Annex B – Evaluation Criteria and Bid Forms”

An update has been made to the “For Financial Bid” sheet in Annex B – Evaluation Criteria and Bid Forms. The revised content is highlighted in red text for ease of reference.

Please ensure that the latest version, “Annex B Evaluation Criteria and Bid Forms – V2 10-AUG-2026”, is used when preparing and submitting your official bid response.

3. Update to ITB – LITB-2026-9205416

Further clarification regarding the change mechanism within the Long-Term Agreement (LTA), as discussed during the Pre-Bid Meeting, has now been incorporated into the ITB document under:

Special Note: During contract implementation, UNICEF may, in consultation with the successful supplier(s), propose reasonable modifications to the bracelet design or specifications, including improved or innovative versions, to address operational requirements and sustainability considerations. Any such modification shall be subject to technical review, mutual written agreement and, where applicable, a formal amendment or variation to the relevant contract, Long-Term Agreement or Purchase Order in accordance with UNICEF procedures. Any corresponding price adjustment must be duly justified, mutually agreed in writing and approved by UNICEF before the modified products are supplied."

The revised ITB is named “LITB-2026-9205416_V2” .
