Tuna Cr and Market St Fingal Bay - Road Reconstruction

Port Stephens Council (PSC) requests Contractors to submit tender for works at Tuna Crescent and Market Street Fingal Bay in accordance with all details within this Tender Specification.

The objectives of the works are to;

• Improve the condition of the existing road asset and improve safety for all road users by:

• Road widening

• Construction of kerb and gutter

• Improve stormwater drainage infrastructure by:

• Upgrading existing stormwater drainage infrastructure

• Installing new reinforced concrete pipe infrastructure

• Installing infiltration drainage infrastructure

Pre-Tender Meeting: Tenderers are required to attend a mandatory pre-tender site meeting. The meeting will be held 8:30am, Wednesday 30th September 2026, meeting at the location provided in the google map link below (Marine Dr Fingal Bay).
