AVIS DE PROCÉDURE OUVERTE TRAVAUX DE RÉFECTION DE BORDURES ET DE TROTTOIRS SUR DIVERSES RUES POUR L’ANNÉE 2027 ET EN OPTION POUR L’ANNÉE 2028 PROJET SI-27-306, LOT 1 La Ville de Sainte-Julie demande des soumissions publiques pour réaliser des travaux de réfection de bordures et de trottoirs existants situés à divers endroits sur son territoire lors de l’année 2027 et en option pour l’année 2028 (projet SI-27-306, lot 1). Le présent contrat est d’une durée d’une année ferme et d’une année optionnelle. Les travaux de construction seront exécutés en deux phases distinctes de quatorze (14) jours consécutifs par année, soit une première phase se déroulant au début du mois de juin, et la seconde, au début du mois de septembre. Les documents de soumission pourront être obtenus à compter du mercredi 28 octobre 2026 sur le Système électronique d’appel d’offres du gouvernement du Québec, conformément aux coûts et modalités indiqués sur le site Internet du SEAO à l’adresse suivante : www.seao.gouv.qc.ca. Notez que cette procédure ouverte est assujettie à l’Accord de commerce et de coopération entre le Québec et l’Ontario (ACCQO). Les soumissions seront ouvertes publiquement immédiatement après l’heure de clôture. Les soumissions transmises par voie électronique ne peuvent être effectuées que par l’entremise du SEAO, au www.seao.gouv.qc.ca. Ce contrat sera attribué au soumissionnaire ayant présenté la soumission conforme avec le prix proposé le plus bas. La Ville de Sainte-Julie ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissions reçues et se dégage de toute responsabilité envers le(s) soumissionnaire(s).
