AVIS DE PROCÉDURE OUVERTE TRAVAUX D’AMÉNAGEMENT DE DEUX ACCÈS AU PARC DESROCHERS PROJET SI-26-296, LOT 1 La Ville de Sainte-Julie demande des soumissions publiques pour réaliser des travaux d’aménagement et de réfection de sentiers pavés pour accéder au parc Desrochers (projet SI-26-296, lot 1). Les travaux de construction devront être exécutés dans un délai maximal de quatre semaines, à compter du dégel printanier 2027. Les documents de soumission pourront être obtenus à compter du mercredi 14 octobre 2026 sur le Système électronique d’appel d’offres du gouvernement du Québec, conformément aux coûts et modalités indiqués sur le site Internet du SEAO à l’adresse suivante : www.seao.gouv.qc.ca. Notez que cette procédure ouverte est assujettie à l’Accord de commerce et de coopération entre le Québec et l’Ontario (ACCQO). Les soumissions seront ouvertes publiquement immédiatement après l’heure de clôture. Les soumissions transmises par voie électronique ne peuvent être effectuées que par l’entremise du SEAO, au www.seao.gouv.qc.ca. Ce contrat sera attribué au soumissionnaire ayant présenté la soumission conforme avec le prix proposé le plus bas.
