Details

Les travaux de construction visés par le présent contrat sont situés au 530, rue Delage, dans l’arrondissement de La Haute-Saint-Charles. Ils comprennent notamment le réaménagement du centre communautaire Paul-Émile-Beaulieu ainsi que de la bibliothèque Le Tournesol, située dans le même bâtiment. Ces travaux font suite à des interventions de décontamination réalisées à la suite d’un incendie. Le projet comprend des travaux d’architecture, de structure et génie civil ainsi que d’électromécanique du bâtiment, de même que la fourniture et l’installation du mobilier et des électroménagers. Les travaux pourront être réalisés selon l’un des deux scénarios suivants : SCÉNARIO 1 Acceptation provisoire des travaux au plus tard le 30 juin 2027 . SCÉNARIO 2 Acceptation provisoire des travaux au plus tard le 31 août 2027 .
