Le mandat comprend notamment la collecte et l’analyse des données, les études préparatoires, la conception de l’ingénierie détaillée, la préparation des plans et devis, l’estimation des coûts, la gestion des risques, l’accompagnement lors de l’appel d’offres de construction, la surveillance des travaux, la mise en service des installations ainsi que la fermeture du projet.
