Les travaux visés par le présent contrat consistent principalement au remplacement de trois unités mécaniques en toiture, incluant entre autres, l’adaptation de leurs bases, et des renforts structuraux ainsi que divers travaux connexes en électricité et en architecture, notamment au niveau des plafonds. Des travaux de démolition préalables seront également requis. Les travaux seront réalisés en deux phases, dans un bâtiment maintenu en occupation, afin d’assurer la continuité des opérations de la Sécurité civile.
