Demande d’offres 2026-404 RELOCALISATION DE LA SOCIÉTÉ HISTORIQUE DU SAGUENAY La Ville de Saguenay demande des offres pour la location d’espaces afin de relocaliser la Société Historique du Saguenay. Le contrat est d’une durée de 20 années et comporte une option de renouvellement de 5 ans. Le Contrat est adjugé à l'issue de l’analyse des offres et, le cas échéant, des discussions et négociations, à l’offrant ayant présenté l'offre jugée la plus avantageuse au regard des besoins exprimés dans la présente Demande d'Offres. La Ville n’est pas tenue d'adjuger le bail au plus bas offrant ou à celui ayant présenté le loyer le plus avantageux. Les offres doivent être reçues au secrétariat de la division de l’approvisionnement, 3501, rue du Roi-Georges, Jonquière (Québec) G7X 1V6 avant le 14 décembre 2026 10 h ou à toute date ultérieure en cas de report de la date et heure limite de réception des offres. Seules seront considérées aux fins d’octroi du contrat, les offres des entreprises ayant un établissement au Canada ou dans un territoire visé par un Accord Intergouvernemental.
