Le contrat est d’une durée de 2 années, et comporte une option de renouvellement de 1 an. Le Contrat est adjugé au plus bas soumissionnaire conforme. La Ville de Saguenay ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissions reçues, et n’encourra aucune obligation quelconque envers le ou les soumissionnaires.
