Projet Cadence Rail s.e.c. (« Cadence ») publie le présent document (la « Mise à jour ») afin d’apporter des précisions et des mises à jour à certaines informations présentées dans l'Avis préalable au marché du 23 juin 2026 relatif au Segment central du Projet Alto (l’« APM »). L’APM présentait les orientations générales de la stratégie d’approvisionnement, l’allotissement envisagé et les principaux modèles de livraison. Il précisait également que ces éléments étaient préliminaires et susceptibles d’être modifiés, complétés ou précisés à la lumière de l’évolution du Projet, des analyses en cours et des consultations additionnelles. Depuis, la réflexion entourant le Projet s’est poursuivie. Les analyses multicritères réalisées, de même que les questions, commentaires et suggestions reçus lors des séances d’information qui se sont tenues les 8, 9 et 10 juillet dernier et des sondages de marché relatifs à certains lots, ont contribué à faire évoluer certaines des orientations initialement présentées. La présente Mise à jour rend compte de cette évolution et de la volonté de Cadence de tenir compte des perspectives exprimées par le marché. Elle s’inscrit dans cette logique et doit être lue conjointement avec l’APM. La Mise à jour vise plus particulièrement à (i) présenter l’évolution de l’allotissement du Segment central et des modèles de livraison envisagés pour les différents lots; et (ii) préciser les principes applicables à la formation de consortium.
