I forbindelse med regeringens sundhedsreform, skal nogle af Kommunernes ydelser overdrages til Regionerne. Opgaven omfatter totalrådgivning i forbindelse med projektering, myndighedsbehandling, udbud og byggegennemførelse som led i renovering og ombygning af Trænings- og rehabiliteringscentret, Lyngby Hovedgade 1A Ombygningen omfatter blandt andet ombygning af eksisterende træningsarealer til kontorarbejdspladser, etablering og tilpasning af mødefaciliteter, toiletter og personalefunktioner, ny flugtvejstrappe, vurdering og projektering af ventilationsløsninger, afklaring af akustiske forhold samt undersøgelse og håndtering af fugtproblemer. Herudover indgår etablering af ny cykelparkering og mindre arbejder i bygning C.
