Details

fsb ønsker at indgå en rammeaftale om teknisk rådgivning og bistand som totalrådgivning i forbindelse med ustøttede renoveringsprojekter. Rammeaftalen vil blive tildelt fem leverandører (dvs. fem parallelle rammeaftaler). Tildeling af de konkrete opgaver vil ske gennem et miniudbud med relativt korte frister.

Bilag 9 indeholder en oversigt over de projekter, som fsb på nuværende tidspunkt forventer at konkurrenceudsætte under de parallelle rammeaftaler, herunder forventet udbudsdato og forventet håndværkerudgift for hvert projekt. Som det fremgår af bilag 9, forventes de parallelle rammeaftaler at omfatte ustøttede renoveringsprojekter af varierende størrelse og kompleksitet – fra mindre, afgrænsede opgaver som udskiftning af vinduer og døre til større renoveringsprojekter – men ingen af projekterne er helhedsplaner. Oversigten udtrykker fsb’s forventede pipeline og er ikke bindende for fsb. fsb forventer, at der vil forekomme yderligere projekter under de parallelle rammeaftalers varighed udover de i bilag 9 angivne.
