Opgaven omfatter energimærkning samt supplerende dataoptag, af bygninger som ejes af Ordregiver, og som er omfattet af krav om regelmæssig energimærkning eller krav om energimærkning ved salg eller udleje. Opgaven planlægges udført i perioden 2027-2030 og omfatter:

  • Rådgivning i forbindelse med energimærkning og supplerende dataoptage.
  • Kommunen benytter Energy Projects til håndtering af energimærker- og projekter.
  • Energimærkerne og supplerende dataoptag skal kunne importeres til Energy Projects.
  • Formålet med energimærkningen og supplerende dataoptag er bl.a. at:
  • Energimærkningen skal give Kommunen et retvisende overblik over den energimæssige status på bygningerne
  • Energimærkningen skal bidrage til at identificere og kvalificere energiprojekter
  • Supplerende dataoptag skal medvirke til at give et mere oplyst grundlag i udvælgelsen af energiprojekter
