Kringveien 27B ligger i et etablert boligfelt. Eiendommen består i dag av en frittstående enebolig fra ca. 1977–78, som skal rehabiliteres og bygges om til fire moderne boenheter, fordelt på to boenheter per etasje.

Prosjektet omfatter til sammen 4 boenheter (2 per etasje). Ombyggingen utløser hovedombygging etter TEK17. Boenhetene prosjekteres fullt sprinklet og heldetektert.

I første fase skal boligene huse flyktninger under midlertidighetsbestemmelsene i plan- og bygningsloven. På sikt skal de brukes som samlokaliserte omsorgsboliger med personalbase.
