Kvinesdal kommune planlegger å etablere en ny, oppgradert torgløsning i Kvinesdal sentrum, med scene/amfi, takoverbygg, lekeområde, møteplasser, beplantning og gate/parkering. I tillegg tenkes noen av sentrumsgatene oppgraderes, og va-ledninger skiftes ut. Prosjektområdets omfang er anslått til å være ca. 6 900 m2.

Fagområdene som omfattes er: Vei- og grunnarbeider, landskapsutforming, betongarbeider, tømrer-,

mur-, elektro- og va-arbeider, montasje av trekonstruksjoner og riving og miljøsanering.

Kontrakten er en utførelsesentreprise. Arbeidene er organisert som en generalentreprise.

Leveransen reguleres av kontraktbestemmelsene i NS 8405 og spesielle bestemmelser i kontraktsgrunnlaget. Frist for ferdigstillelse er ca. 12 mnd.. etter inngått kontrakt.
