FORMÅL OG OMFANG

Anskaffelsen gjelder utbedringer av bygningsmessige tiltak og levering av utstyr til Boligbygg Oslo KFs tilfluktsrom. Oppdraget omfatter 17 tilfluktsrom på 16 adresser. Formålet med anskaffelsen er å sikre at kommunens tilfluktsrom oppgraderes og utstyres i henhold til gjeldende forskrifter og anbefalinger fra Direktoratet for samfunnssikkerhet og beredskap (DSB), slik at de er funksjonelle og klare til bruk ved behov.

Anskaffelsen omfatter:

  • Rehabilitering og teknisk oppgradering av eksisterende tilfluktsrom, basert på tilstandsrapporter
  • Levering og installasjon av nødvendig utstyr
  • Kontroll og dokumentasjon av at krav i forskrift om tilfluktsrom er oppfylt

Det forutsettes samtidig og/eller løpende utbedring av tilfluktsrom.
