The other details of the tender are as under: 1. Name of Work and location of work. Air-conditioning works at the proposed premises for SBI Raikala Branch under RBO Keonjhar 2 Eligibility of criteria SBI (LHO, Bhubaneswar) approved AC vendors under under Group- ACA, ACB, ACC and ACD category (newly empaneled in the year 2024) are eligible to participate in this tender. 3 Estimated amount. Rs.5,28,950/- ( Rupees Five Lakh Twenty Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Only) plus GST towards supply & installations only without 4 years Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) amount . 4 Earnest Money De - posit (EMD) / One Time EMD Rs.5300/- (Rupees Five Thousand Three Hundred Only) in the Form of Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque issued by any Nationalised/Scheduled Bank Drawn in favour of “ SBI” Payable at Keonjhar,” which is to be submitted in original in a separate envelope superscrib- ing “EMD”. Without EMD /Copy of the One time EMD , the tender will be rejected. EMD shall be converted into SD for successful Contractor, whose tender is accepted. However, vendors having registered in MSME/NSIC are exempted for submission of EMD amount. 5 Initial Security Depos- it (ISD) L1 vendor shall submit, 2% of awarded value of work including EMD in form of DD/BC/FDR favouring “State Bank of India” payable at Keonjhar within 7 days of receipt of “letter of intent” or “work order.” 6 Retention Money The successful (L1) Contractor/vendor, whose tender is accepted by the Bank, shall be bound to deposit a sum equivalent to 5% of accept- ed “Final value of the work” including ISD as Retention Money till the end of Defect Liability period. The total security deposit shall be refunded to the contractors without interest after the end of defec ts liability period provided that contractor has enter into CAMC agreement with Branch at approved rates and satisfactorily attended to all defects and submission of four service reports carried out during warranty period, if any, in accordance with the conditions of contract including site clearance. 7 Availability of Tender document. Online Technical bid (Part-1) at our Office: At 3:00 PM on Dt. 11.09.2026 11 Date, Time and Place of opening of Online Price Bid. The online Price bid (Part-2) of only technically qualified bidder shall be opened at our office on 11.09.2026 at 4:00 PM 13 Validity for Offer 3 (Three) Months from The Date of Opening of Price-Bid 14 Commencement of Work. 7th Day from the date of receiving of Work Order or handing over of site whichever is earlier 15 Time for completion of work. 30 (Thirty) days from date of Commencement or handing over of site, whichever is earlier. B) Reimbursement of GST will be made only on submission of proper GST invoice as per applicable GST provision. The contractor should comply with the following. 1. Contractor should have valid GST Registration Number 2. Invoice should specifically/separately disclose the amount of GST levied at applicable rate as per GST provision 3.
