L’École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) souhaite acquérir un microscope à illumination structurée pour la Plateforme BioImaging & Optics (PTBIOP) de la Faculté des Sciences de la Vie (SV). Ce système soutiendra des activités de recherche de pointe dans le domaine des sciences de la vie et constituera une ressource technologique essentielle pour la communauté d’utilisateurs de la plateforme. Conformément aux besoins de l’EPFL et aux objectifs spécifiques de la PTBIOP, une attention particulière sera accordée aux critères suivants : • Technologie avancée : un microscope à illumination structurée de dernière génération, offrant une résolution supérieure à la limite de diffraction. • Haute sensibilité : d’excellentes performances de détection permettant l’imagerie d’échantillons biologiques exigeants. • Flexibilité et simplicité d’utilisation : un système adaptable, facile à utiliser et approprié pour une large gamme d’applications, accessible aux chercheurs de différents niveaux d’expérience.
