Le présent appel d’offre constitue la première étape vers le développement d’une alimentation haute tension (HVPS) destinée aux sources de micro-ondes à gyrotron utilisées dans les centrales de fusion nucléaire, notamment les tokamaks et les stellarateurs. L'objectif est de mettre au point une HVPS offrant des performances, une flexibilité et une polyvalence opérationnelle accrues par rapport aux systèmes existants. En particulier, l'HVPS proposée devra être capable de fonctionner en continu à sa puissance nominale, tout en prenant en charge un fonctionnement pulsé pouvant atteindre jusqu'à trois fois la puissance nominale.
