NKM - Planificateur général (GP) pour les travaux de renouvellement de voie 2029-2033 - Contrat-cadre, Suisse

Afin de maintenir le réseau ferroviaire en bon état, les CFF renouvellent chaque année entre 150 et 200 kilomètres de voies ferrées. Une partie de la planification est réalisée en interne ; le reste est attribué dans le cadre de mandats pluriannuels, dont le présent contrat-cadre. Le contrat-cadre « Planificateur général – Renouvellement de voies 2029-2033 » (abrégé « NKM – PG ») doit permettre d’absorber les fluctuations de volume du portefeuille de projets pour les années d’exécution 2029 à 2033. Il couvre le renouvellement de voies de l’ordre de 20 km par an, y compris les appareils de voie ainsi que les disciplines techniques spécialisées associées. Les CFF prévoient de planifier et d’exécuter 20 à 30% du portefeuille de projets selon la méthode BIM, la partie restante étant traitée selon les procédés conventionnels. Le volume total du projet devrait se répartir à hauteur de 65% sur la Suisse alémanique, 25% sur la Suisse romande et 10% sur la Suisse italophone. L’entreprise réalise la planification à l’échelle de la Suisse au fil des phases SIA 3 à 5, et sur l’ensemble des disciplines spécialisées exigées par le contrat en qualité de planificateur général. L’entreprise prend en charge la planification générale et la coordination d’une série de projets de renouvellement de voies pendant la période qui s’étend de 2027 à 2033 pour les années de renouvellement de voies 2029 à 2031, et pour deux années optionnelles supplémentaires 2032 et 2033 dans tous les domaines spécialisés requis conformément au descriptif du projet et des tâches (partie B1) , et en particulier : · Direction générale du projet (responsabilité sur le plan technique, organisationnel et administratif), y compris coordination des spécialistes · Planification spécialisée Voie ferrée · Planification spécialisée Courant de traction · Planification spécialisée Câbles · Planification spécialisée Génie civil pour la voie ferrée · Planification spécialisée Phases de construction
