Entreprenaden avser ombyggnation och upprustning av storkök inom fastigheten Garnet 14, Nyhemsgatan 27, Halmstad. Arbetena omfattar huvudsakligen: · Byte av befintliga golv i storkök och angränsande utrymmen. · Justering av fall, brunnar och erforderliga underarbeten. · Utbyte av storköksutrustning. · Anpassningar av el-, VVS-, ventilations- och kylinstallationer. · Byte, reparation och upprustning av kyl- och frysrum. · Utbyte av utvalda fönster till aluminiumfönster. · Utbyte av undertak till hygienundertak. Entreprenören ansvarar för projektering, samordning och verifiering av samtliga bygg-, storköks-, VVS-, ventilations-, kyl-, styr- och elinstallationer. Entreprenören ska särskilt samordna golvlutningar, golvbrunnar, storköksutrustning, installationer och infästningar före produktion. Entreprenören ansvarar för framtagande av golvlutningsplan, brandskyddsdokumentation, fuktsäkerhetsprojektering och detaljlösningar för storköksmiljö. Entreprenören ansvarar för att demontera, flytta och återmontera all köksutrustning och maskiner som ska återbrukas. Verksamheten ska efter entreprenadens färdigställande kunna återuppta full matproduktion.
