Summay of notice ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hiroyasu Kitagawa, the Chief Director, Japan Health Insurance Association ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Support for process management and procurement related to the development of the next-generation health service system ⑷ Commissin period : as in the specifications ⑸ Delivery place : as in the specifications ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under the Article 30 of the Japan Health Insurance Association Order concerning the accounts regulations ② Not come under the Article 31 of the Japan Health Insurance Association Order concerning the accounts regulations ③ Possess the Grade A in "Service" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in fiscal year 2025, 2026, and 2027 ④ Prove to have actually engaged in adequate amount of similar matters properly ⑤ Prove to have the ability to provide sufficient service with certainty ⑥ Prove to have no false statement in tendering application forms or attached documents ⑦ Prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating ⑧ Being the person who does not take compensation for damages request from Japan Health Insurance Association ⑨ Do not come out of Japan Health Insurance Association during a period taking a nomination stop about duties ⑩ Enterprise have qualification of privacy mark or ISMS or ISO/IEC27001 or JIS Q 27001 (If the enterprise does not have the qualification, there must be equivalent internal regulations in place) ⑪ Anyone who wishes to participate in the bid must submit a written pledge that they are not a member of an organzied crime group as separately designated by the Association. If a bidder fails to submit the pledge, makes a fails pledge, or violates the pledge, the bid of that person will be invalidated ⑫ Not having received administrative disposition for violation of laws and regulations under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare within the past year.
