Price Bid : The Price Bid (Hard copy) should be submitted in a separate sealed cover containing the name and complete address/contract number of the vendor on the cover and bear the title “Price Bid” and to be submitted along with the Technical Bid. 8. Date & Time for Opening of Technical Bid : On 17.10.2026 at 03.00 PM ONWARDS Authorized representatives of vendors may be present during opening of the Technical Bids. However, Technical Bids would be opened even in the absence of any or all the vendor’s representatives. After opening, the Technical Bids will be evaluated based on the minimum eligibility criteria specified in this Tender including deposit of specified amounts for the Tender Processing Fee/ Earnest Money as mentioned above. 9 Date & Time for Opening of Price Bid Tentatively on 26.10.2026 at 02.30 PM ONWARDS.
