Project Brief MINISTRY OF FINANCE Invitation for Bids (IFB) (Authorised under Section 17 of the Public Procurement Act 2006)

1. The Ministry of Financeis inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government e-Procurement System for the Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of VRF System at Level 3, New Government Centre, Port Louis. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system MOF/IFB/2026/888. 3. Bidders or their designated representatives are invited to attend a pre-bid meeting on Thursday 17 September 2026 at 10.00 hours at Third Floor, New Government House, Port Louis. 4. Bids must be submitted online on the e-Procurement System at latest by Wednesday 07 October 2026 up to13.00 hours (Local Time). 5. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Thursday 08 October 2026 as per key activity schedule on the e-Procurement System. 6. The Ministry of Finance reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
