1. The Deputy Chief Commissioner’s Office, Commission for Education and Others is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius/opened to local bidders through the Government eProcurement System for the Procurement for the procurement for Supply and Delivery of Secondary Textbooks for Academic Year 2027. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system:e- ProcurementReference: RRAEDU/IFB/2026/280, Procurement for Supply and Delivery of Secondary Textbooks for Academic Year 2027 3. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Wednesday 30 September 2026 up to12 hrs 45 (Local Time). 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Wednesday 30 September2026 from 12 hrs 46 till Friday 2 October 2026 up to 13 hrs 00. 5. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Friday 02 October 2026 up to 14 hr 30.
