1. The Municipal Council of Beau Bassin Rose Hillis inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government eProcurement System for the Supply, Fixing and Commissioning of Heavy-Duty Gymnasium Equipment (Outdoor) at Balfour Garden. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: BBRH/IFB/2026/686 3. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by 17 September 2026 up to12 59(Local Time). 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from 17 September 2026 from 16 01till18 September 2026up to 14 29. 5. Bids will be opened online at the address given hereunder on18 September 2026 up to17 00. The Council Room Municipal Council or Beau Bassin Rose Hill Town Hall Rose Hill 6. The Municipal Council of Beau Bassin Rose Hillreserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
