- VALID TRADING LICENCE/BUSINESS PERMIT - THE BIDDER MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE OFFICE OF THE DATA PROTECTION COMMISSIONER AS BOTH A DATA CONTROLLER AND DATA PROCESSOR, AND THIS REGISTRATION WILL BE VERIFIED DURING THE EVALUATION PROCESS.
