The Federal Government of Somalia has received financing from the African Development Fund toward the cost of the Institutional Support for Economic Governance Project (ISEGP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Configuration, Testing and Commissioning of ICT and Network Equipment Lot 1& Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing of Security, Facility and Office Equipment For The New Bosaso Revenue Collection Centre Lot 2. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines and procedures for Investment Project Financing.
