Supply, Delivery and Installation of Hospital Laundry Equipment and Fittings

Overview INVITATION TO BID – SUPPLY OF GOODS The Government of Grenada (GOGR) has received financing from the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) in an amount not exceeding the equivalent of nine million, nine hundred and seventy thousand five hundred United States dollars (USD9,970,500)towards the cost of the Health Sector Strengthening Project and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds to eligible payments under this contract. Payment by CDB will be made only at the request of GOGR and upon approval by CDB, and will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement. The Loan Agreement prohibits a withdrawal from the Loan Account for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import, to the knowledge of CDB, is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations. No party other than GOGR shall derive any rights from the Loan Agreement or have any claim to the proceeds of the Loan. The Ministry of Health is the Executing Agency for the Project and is responsible for the overall implementation of the Project. The Ministry of Health intends to invite sealed bids from eligible and qualified bids for the supply of Supply, Delivery and Installation of Hospital Laundry Equipment. Bidders may bid on any or all lots. Each lot includes:

Lot 1: (i) 25 Kg Semi-Industrial (High-Performance) Hospital Dryer, Qty 3;

(ii) 25 kg Washers, Qty 3; and (iii) Stainless Steel Sink (25 Kg capacity), Qty 3.

Lot 2: (i) Flatwork Ironers/steamers Qty 2;

(ii) Laundry Tables, Sorting and Shelving tables Qty 3; and (iii) 2‑Tier Folding Laundry Table with Wheels Qty 9.

Lot 3: (i) Dual compartment bin (200–240 litres capacity) Qty 3; and

(ii) Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
