1. The Deputy Chief Commissioner’s Office,for Education and Othersis inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius/opened to local through the Government eProcurement System for the supply and delivery of Secondary Schools Textbooks for intake 2027. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: RRAEDU/IFB/2026/291 3. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by 28 October 2026 up to 10 hrs 30. 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from 28 October 2026 from 12 hr 46 till 30 October 2026 up to 13 hrs.00 5. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on 30 October 2026 upto 14 hrs 30 hrs at the Deputy Chief Commissioner’s Office, Antoinette Prudence, Human Resource Development Centre, 1st Floor at the Conference Room Commission for Education and Others, Malabar, RODRIGUES 6. The Commission for Education and Others,reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder. 2 October 2026
