OPEN NATIONAL BIDDING 1. The Central Water Authority is inviting bids fromeligible and qualified bidders of Mauritian nationals or entitiesincorporated in Mauritius/opened to local Bidders through theGovernment eProcurement System for the Rental of New Bulk Printing Machines with Supplyof A4 Water Bills Stationery and Consumables for aPrinting & Electronic Statement Delivery Solution 2. Participation is limited to citizens of Mauritius, or entitiesincorporated in Mauritius. Joint ventures should be amongentities incorporated in Mauritius. 3. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement Systemhttps://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. The referenceNumber on the system is CWA/IFB/2026/3042 4 .Bids must be submitted online on the e-ProcurementSystem as per Key Activity Schedule. 5. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closingdate and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as perKey Activity Schedule. A Pre-Bid Meeting shall be held on 05 October 2026at CWA Head Office, St-Paul at 10.00 hrs (Level 1, Bid Opening Room). 6. Bids will be opened online on the e-Procurement Systemas per Key Activity Schedule in the presence of thebidders representatives who choose to attend at the addressgiven hereunder.
