Bidding Instructions / Overview
Procurement: Supply and Delivery of Mobile Medical Units for Remote and Emergency Response
Bidders are invited to submit offers for the supply and delivery of a complete, operational Mobile Medical Unit suitable for remote hospitals, emergency situations and disease outbreak response in Mongolia.
Bidders may offer one or more of the following options:
Option 1 – Van: 4×2 or 4×4 van-based mobile medical unit.
Option 2 – 4×4 Truck: 4×4 truck-based mobile medical unit.
The proposed unit shall include the vehicle, medical conversion/body, inspection/examination area, storage, utilities, medical equipment, Starlink communication, safety systems, installation, commissioning and training, as applicable to the proposed configuration.

Bid deadline: 9 September 2026
Delivery: DDP Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia – Incoterms® 2020
Currency: MNT for Mongolian-registered companies; USD for international companies.
Bidders shall submit a technical proposal demonstrating compliance with the attached technical specifications, including proposed vehicle details, internal layout, equipment specifications and relevant supporting documentation.
For truck options, the bidder shall demonstrate availability of repair, maintenance and spare-parts services in Mongolia .
