2. Ensure that the BID FORM on pages 3-5 of the LITB document be filled and returned with your bid.

*This LITB is open to Local and International companies.

For PNG-based companies, ensure your bid is expressed in local currency (PNG Kina).

For International companies, ensure your bid is expressed in USD. You bid should include shipment to Port Moresby (FCA Incoterm).

3. A Bid Opening Meeting will be held after the bid closing date and those bidders who submitted their bids on time will be receive a MS Teams invitation to attend the virtual bid opening meeting at date/time TBD.
