Interested vendors must be registered in the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) at Level 1 no later than the tender closing date KEY INFORMATION 1-This requirement is limited togenuine consumable items such as HP toner cartridges (Black,Cyan, Yellow, Magenta Standards) , imaging drums, maintenance kits, fuser kits, and other HP-branded consumables required for the continued operation of existing HP printing equipment. 2- The successful vendor shall supply new, unused, unopened, original HP products in manufacturer packaging with an acceptable remaining shelf life. 2- This requirement does not include the procurement of printers, multi-functional devices, print management software, managed print services, rental equipment, installation services, or maintenance services except where directly related to the supply, replacement, warranty, return, or environmentally sound handling of HP consumables. 3- The Vendor shall support MINUSCA ordering and delivery to MINUSCA.
