Predmet javnega naročila je izdelava Študije izvedljivosti za hotel ob Velenjskem jezeru. Namen študije je izdelati neodvisno, podatkovno sledljivo in investicijsko uporabno strokovno presojo potencialnih lokacij ter določiti hotelski projekt, ki bo tržno, prostorsko, operativno in finančno izvedljiv. Študija mora naročniku, potencialnim investitorjem, razvijalcem, hotelskim operaterjem oziroma hotelskim verigam zagotoviti ustrezno podlago za presojo upravičenosti investicije, zmanjšanje razvojnih in investicijskih tveganj ter sprejemanje odločitev o nadaljnjem razvoju projekta.
