SASAN POWER LIMITED (SPL) (A subsidiary of Reliance Power Limited) 3960 MW Sasan Ultra Mega Power Project Gram – Siddhikhurd, Post Office – Tiyara, District – Singrauli 486886, Madhya Pradesh Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) for Ash Transportation and Utilization EoI No. -SPL/Fly Ash-Pond Ash/2026-2027 Date: 24 Aug 2026 SPL operates the 3,960 MW Sasan Ultra Mega Power Project at District Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh, together with its int egrated captive coal mine. In discharge of its obligation to transport ash to its coal mine for mixing it with overburden and further achieve 100% utilisation of the ash generated at the station under MoEF&CC Notification S.O. 5481(E) dated 31 December 2021, SPL invites Expressions of Interest from bona fide, experienced and financially sound contractors and agencies, for the issue of Tender Documents in respect of the following tenders. Work shall be executed in compliance with all rules and regulations of the statutory bodies and the local Government administration. Tender Short description of tender Indicative quantity Indicative lead A Transportation of ash from SPL to Government Road projects (NHAI / MPRDC / other Government agencies) 5,36,000 MT up to 300 km radial B Transportation of ash from Sasan Plant to Sasan Coal Mines (Moher and Moher-Amlohri Extension OCP), for mixing with overburden and backfilling of mine voids 20,00,000 MT approx 25 km C Transportation of pond ash from the ash dyke to the low-lying areas, including unloading, spreading, levelling, moisture conditioning, layer-wise filling and compaction, and soil covering 16,00,000 MT 2.5 km / 7.5 km How to Apply Interested and eligible bidders may obtain single or multiple Tender Docume nts by submitting a request by e -mail to [contact details removed].
