General Details about Sasan Power Limited: SASAN POWER LIMITED (SPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Power Limited,

having office at Gram: Siddhikhurd, Post Office: Tiyara, Tehsil : Waidhan, Singr auli, MADHYA

PRADESH,INDIA,486886. SPL is having a total installed capacity of 3960 MW and is engaged in the business of generation and sale of bulk power. To utilize the fly ash in gainful and sustainable manner as per the provisions of extant MOEF&CC Gazette Notif ication and promote utilization of fly ash as resource material, Sasan Power Limited intends to issue some of its Ash on “free of cost”, “First come First Served” and “as is where is” basis. Lifting and Transportation of the ash shall be the r esponsibility of the interested party/Ash User. Lifting and mode of transport shall be environment friendly and shall be in compliance with all the Rules & Regulations of Statutory bodies like Ministry of Power and Ministry of Environment Forest and Climate Change, Government of India. To facilitate this, Sasan Power Limited invites Expressions of Interest for above, for a period of 01 (One) year, from its 6X660 MW coal based TPP’s . Further details regarding this Expression of
