National Institute of Urban Affairs 1st and 2nd Floor, Core 4B India Habitat Centre Lodhi Road, New Delhi –110003 Dated: 16.06.2026 CORRIGENDUM NO. 1 In reference to the EOI- RFP for “Study on waste management during Kedarnath and Amarnath Yatra for preparing a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for waste management during pilgrimage yatras” issued on 5th June 2026 on NIUA tenders with REF no NIUA/SOP/2026-27/P:110, the corrigendum is as follows: S. No. RFP Attachment Page No. Clause No. Original section as per RFP Revised section “read as” 1. 29 Section – 3, point 3 The consultant should have received a minimum of INR 3 Crore during any three of the last five financial years (FY202021, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 202425) from consultancy services in India or Abroad. The agency (bidder), in the case of an individual entity, should have received a minimum of INR 3 Crore during any three of the last five financial years (FY2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25) from consultancy services in similar projects in India. In the case of a Joint Venture (JV)/Consortium, the combined revenue of all members from consultancy services in projects of a similar nature shall have collectively achieved a minimum revenue of INR 3 Crore during any three financial years out of the last five financial years from consultancy services in similar projects in India.
