Le District de la construction innovante (DCI) est un projet structurant porté par DENB en partenariat avec de nombreux acteurs du secteur de la construction, des technologies et de l'innovation en Chaudière-Appalaches. Il vise la création d'un centre d'innovation dédié exclusivement à l'industrie de la construction, dont la mission est d'accélérer l'adoption de technologies avancées, de pratiques innovantes et de procédés industrialisés par les entreprises québécoises du secteur. Le bâtiment sera implanté sur un terrain de 13 320 mètres carrés, stratégiquement situé dans le parc industriel de Sainte-Marie, entre la 1 re et la 2 e Rue du Parc industriel, ville de Sainte-Marie, dans la MRC de La Nouvelle-Beauce, région de Chaudière-Appalaches.
