TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Term NDA) & CLEARANCE FORM: Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached Term NDA via email to [contact details removed] with subject heading 'Term NDA ID - declared for Contract 7179': (1) Term NDA for access to Tender documents/Drawings; Password to access Tender documents/drawings, will only be provided AFTER: (1a) Term NDA declaration, please quote Term NDA Reference ID issued by LTA (e.g. NDA27100); and (1b) You are also required to declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the Term NDA. The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA and Simplified Form, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.
