CRITICAL CRITERIA: The eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered. i) Registration with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) under Workhead ME04 - Communication & Security Systems and with Financial Grade L6; AND ii) Relevant experience in the implementation of Video Management Systems and Video Analytics platforms and systems, including prior experience deploying and integrating these systems within the past five years. Tenderers are required to inform the Authority by 26 OCTOBER 2026, the full name of company and representatives (maximum 2 representatives for each tenderer/company) for the Tender Briefing via link https://go.gov.sg/lta-contract-tr827 or QR code as stated in ITT Clause 6.2. The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents; and (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 14 and 16 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for the details.
